Delcomm LLC is a Russian manufacturing and engineering company specializing in re-engineering, development, and production of industrial and special-purpose equipment. We present our own PHANTOM-REX hydraulic emergency rescue equipment. All our equipment is manufactured in Russia from Russian materials. Imported components account for no more than 2-3% of production and assembly (Honda internal combustion engines for motor drives and high-pressure valves for hoses).

The integrated hydraulic pump and control handles that rotate through 360 degrees in two planes substantially extend the tool's capabilities and make it genuinely versatile for rescue and recovery work. High performance and complete autonomy enable operation in any industrial disaster environment, including fires, road accidents, and chemical or radiation facilities.
A PHANTOM-REX tool can be operated by one person. While retaining the performance of comparable tools, the new design is more mobile in a wide range of operations. Another advantage of PHANTOM-REX is its origin in the proven SPRUT platform, recognized as one of the most powerful tool ranges manufactured in Russia and internationally. Any SPRUT tool can be converted into a PHANTOM-REX tool by replacing the BU-1 control unit with the new PHANTOM-REX unit. The result is a fundamentally new, fully autonomous tool with the same force characteristics as SPRUT, much broader application capabilities, and no need for additional support equipment. Its operating environment is unrestricted: compact dimensions and complete autonomy allow it to work where other equipment simply cannot.
